I'm home!! And after squeezing my little man for 10 hours straight (😭❤️) and 10 hours of sleep, I am up and BEYOND READY TO START A NEW WEEK! I'm only human and let's just say my eating situation while traveling wasn't the cleanest.😁😂 Yes, I'm puffier than normal and may have gained a few pounds (good thing I don't weigh myself so who even cares💁🏻😉), but instead of wasting time and energy feeling guilty or thinking negatively, I am just BEYOND thankful for the experiences I was able to have and the memories made and I am using my energy to refocus and dial in my eating this coming week!👊🏼 Also, I had basically no service or time over there to be on my phone, and I feel like I missed you guys!haha I'm excited to do some proper stalking and get back into my normal pace.🤗🤗 HAPPY FREAKING MONDAY FRIENDS!!! Monday's Ass = Kicked ✔️ Finally in bed reflecting on a good days worth of ass kicking! 😏 killed a full body workout today involving pistol squat jumps on a bar and burpee push-ups to leg raises!!! 👌🏼👌🏼 was sweating like a beast after and the endorphins were on 🔥🔥🔥 I will never get tired of that feeling and cycle of healthy living which to me is ......Exercise -> endorphins -> feel Good about self (body n mind) -> eat well -> REPEAT! this cycle is what makes it a lifestyle. No day like Fri-YAY || What up, #fitfam!! Sooooo happy it's Friday! 💃🏽 This week felt super long. Basically how I've been feeling all month. This morning I headed to the gym and did an abs workout and HIIT on the stair climber. It was a sweaty session for sure. Now I'm working away and hoping the skies clear up for some sunshine so I can do LISS by way of going for a walk with the pups. Have a great day!! ☀️ #abs #absday #hiit
✕ REHAB ✕ Alright let's talk rehab people. I will flat out tell you I haven't been the best with rehab and stretching in the past. I'm super busy and I think I'll just stretch later or I'll just foam roll tomorrow. With the new #sweatwithkayla app I am SO MUCH BETTER with stretching! Post workout it helps keep me accountable with stretching as a cool down. Rehab is SO IMPORTANT! So do it! Your body and muscles need to be able to recover. Lordy, I needed rehab today - my abs may be the sorest they have ever been from #week25 abs yesterday 🔥•• During 3.0 one of my goals was to get better with rehab and stick with it. ✕ Every rest day (Sunday) is my rehab day which now includes: Full body rehab, foam rolling and stretching with additional time on my @pranamat Are we ready for week 2?! HAPPY TUESDAY// I've been adding my ankle weights in my leg and abs workouts and I love them! Makes everything so much more intense.. Especially leg raises, ab bikes, basically everything 😂 I got the 2 kg version of the ankle weights by @kayla_itsines I'm having my rest day today because I've been having problems with my hand.. Not the wrist but my palm kinda.. I have no idea what it is or where it may come from but I decided to just take it a little easy today. I also already had two pieces of cake because it's my grandmom's birthday today and my sister made my all-time fav cake so I just couldn't say no 😍😍 What are you all doing today? #bbg #sweatwithkayla
