Сам являюсь самоучкой, разбирался в этом вопросе, по факту у всех есть пресс, можете глянуть анатомию, сами увидите, и да, пресс можно накачать, но есть нюанс, если у вас в теле большой процент содержания жира, то как бы вы не качали пресс, желаемые кубики не появятся. Вам нужно наладить питание, урезать сладкое мучное и тд, а так же не пропускать тренировок ( но и до белого колена себя не доводить, так как можно быстро похудеть а после ещё быстрее набрать и даже больше, чем было до похудения )
